Prince Adeyinka serves on the boards of several organizations, contributing expertise in finance, capital management, and strategic planning. He is a certified ISO 9001 lead Auditor on Quality Management System and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School. His approach emphasizes transparency, performance sustainability, and building systems that foster long-term profitability and resilience. His contributions in the corporate world have been recognized by institutions like JCI, Lagos Business School, Bluebulb Financials, and many others, who have celebrated his commitment to business excellence, ethical leadership, and community development.

Dr. Patrick is an occupational health physician with over 19 years of experience in the energy sector. He is adept at aligning occupational health needs and services with business realities to optimize productivity, reduce liability, and improve organizational health and wellness. Patrick provides leadership and operational guidance by assessing and managing health-related risks inherent in business opportunities in the oil and gas sector. He started his career in the industry in 2004 with Transocean and rose to become the Regional Medical Advisor for Africa and the Mediterranean. He joined OES Energy Services in 2017 as the Occupational Health Manager and currently works as General Manager, Occupational Health. He has managed the delivery of remote medical support services in twenty countries across two continents. Patrick chaired the committee that produced the "Occupational Health Guidelines and Standards for Medical Assessment of Fitness to Work in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria." Patrick is a medical doctor and holds an MSc in Occupational Medicine from the University of Manchester and is an Associate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Royal College of Physicians, London.

Over the years, he has become known for his hands-on expertise in Operation and Sales Management, Into-Plane Fueling Operations, Aviation Fuel Handling, and Equipment Handling and Safety Management System. Beyond operations, Seun brings a thoughtful strategic mindset to the commercial side of the business. He has developed and executed sales plans, identified new business opportunities, and helped guide teams toward shared goals. His leadership style focuses on motivating people, encouraging collaboration, and supporting long-term organizational growth. He continues to invest in learning and professional development, holding a master’s in project management from Rome Business School, Italy, a master’s in public and international Affairs from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor’s in English and Literature from the University of Ado-Ekiti. He has also earned certifications in Project Management from Open University, UK, Defensive Driving, Supply Chain Management and Capacity Planning, and Transport Management in the UK.
